How to make a small Bluetooth speaker at home. I used plywood from old cladding, 8mm thick and good quality.
The dimensions of the column are Width: 195mm Height: 80mm Depth: 95mm. Amplifier: XY-P15W, IC TPA3110D2 I used wideband speakers 2 inches with parameters: 8 Ohm and Power RMS: 5W
Three 18650 2200-Ah 3.7V Li-ion batteries and a controller for them, and the supply current is 11.1V, enough to power the amplifier. I used a key switch and a power socket.
The silk speaker is covered with high-quality artificial leather, pleasant to the touch, and gives the speaker a luxurious look.
The speaker is clad with aluminum slats and strong metal corners, secured to the case with quick-release screws for strength and resistance to shock and vibration.
