I just saw this video and I am ecstatic! I commented on another video saying how much I would love it if there was one for the heart chakra. I'm not sure if you saw my comment or if this is just a blessing from God but YAY! Thank you so very much!

It is Sanskrit .. Punjabi is also derived from Sanskrit .. Om - sound of universe Guru dev the guru Namo surrender each syllable is also in the Sanskrit language
Miss, I didn’t provide kind words. The only information, or knowledge about KY, may very well be on all that geometry on the chakra tablets: squared circle, hexagon, a bunch of inverted triangles, etc. Geometry, as we all know, implies highly scrutinized reasoned logic. Bhajan never taught that bec he never had a clue about that, and you swallowed all that nonsense without questioning. You evidently take all those geometry symbols as adornment. Those five-pair petal symbol in manipura refers to the five vertices of the skeleton: hips, lumbo-sacral, between thoracic vertebrae 6 and 7, between cervical 7th and 1st thoracic, then across the corpus callosum. I’ve figured out all those symbols, give it a try, not that difficult (took me 10 years). KY is a body-motion rhythm technique that may help you experience the sensorial absence of the force of gravity (I’m sure all this is Chinese to you). In what Rishikesh neighborhood is your ashram? Tapovan, Laxman Jhula?

The last 4 years I have done many yoga classes on youtube, but this one is one of the few I stopped. Not my piece of cake.
Thank tou for your kindness.. this is a clip of a teacher training class… not a video to be practiced as such ..

there is no mantra "ong namo guru...." in authentic kundalini yoga
You are correct, it is a Sanskrit short prayer..

Guru dev the guru

What you should call your ‘kundalini’ presentation is bhajan yoga, just silly bhajan yoga.
Thank you for your kind words… Kriya is a mix of mantra , pranayama , asana … to bring silence to a noisy ego and mind 🙇♀️
