I would not be alive now if I had not practiced kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan the 1977. it pushed into my conscious awareness tensions that were in my chest and in my heart that would’ve killed me had I not looked at them squarely then. There are many incredible schools like Sattva Academy to consider which cost more but have quality classes. Please please do your own research and think very carefully because this could be an expensive and irreversible wrong investment. They do not practice what they preach, no yamas no niyamas and this is by no means an ashram. It is a for-profit business.

Kriya is done to strengthen the body, expand the prana and bring a connection of the universal vibration… What style you choice to reach the Anandohum is up to you.. First and foremost.. why always search for the negative, where are you in that space? Kriya is intense as our thoughts and emotions are intense and they are to be shed.. the path of kundalini enlightenment and Kriya - awakening isn’t easy.. it takes effort, strength, dedication .. to come out of the shadows.. Spirituality is not higher than us , it is within us.. and around us.. it isn’t just exercise but breaking the chains we tie ourselves in.. The simplest of kriya we are not aware of… the most basic.. we are not aware of .. What you chose is in your karma … Mantra is chanted as each sound is a vibration that heals within.. that takes us from the thoughts to the focus.. Apana is not exale. Apana stays below manipura chakra. To improve or ignite that we need to wait for the time when they unite. Then we get hungry, this means digestive system is ready to digest and asking for food. That is told in even bhagavad geetha that aham vaishwa naro bhutwa praninaam dehamashritha prana apana samayuktam pacham annam chaturvidham... Lord says " I also stay in a living beings as viswavanara named digestive fire, by making ready of prana apana and digest the food to 4 types. We even control our hungry with deep observation of these prana apana United time by doing meditation... and skowly concentrate on manipura for a while and slowly practice it daily at same time even stay without food for days without fatigue with a mantra. This is called atibala yoga... The atibala mantra preached by viswamitra to sreerama..

Kundalini cannot be learnt like school course. Stop spreading this nonsense for godsake. There are many ways to make money.

First, I missed the opening mantra. Then I thought the whole lesson seemed very messy. When an exercise is started, it is normal for the camera to be pointed at the teacher who is doing the exercise shortly before. This did not happen several times. Then a man filming with a telephone walked through the screen twice and stood still for a moment. All in all, I don't think I'll be taking a second lesson anytime soon.

There is no doubt he was a master but he abused it. As did guru jaget . You can not lead the practice of Shakti(kundalini) but have a tainted heart. It does not matter if you are a master of the breath. If you have an ill heart then you will be taken out by the laws of karma. I’m not saying he wasn’t a master, he absolutely was but he did abuse women and guru jaget was hateful to her employees she yelled at them daily. I understand the “Saturn teacher” but as a teacher of the divine you have to lead with your heart. Which is why they both died in their heart chakra.

The last 4 years I have done many yoga classes on youtube, but this one is one of the few I stopped. Not my piece of cake.
