    Best scratch-built pinball machine I've seen on RUclips. I'm really impressed by the pop bumpers. Heck, I'm impressed by all of it! I hope to see the finished project posted soon. Best wishes from Idaho.

      Hola, espero que puedas entender lo que escribo, ha sido traducido con Google. La forma más fácil sería simplemente soldar los componentes electrónicos junto con una placa de prueba: adjunté el circuito con la guía sobre Cults. Alternativamente, pruebe si puede descargar el archivo ZIP de Cults en cualquier momento y hágamelo saber. También haré disponible un archivo Grebber en las próximas semanas, que puede usar para pedir Platine de JLCPBC, por ejemplo. Pero eso es un poco más caro que con un tablero perforado. Gracias por tus comentarios, saludos desde Viena! now in Englisch : Hello, I hope you can understand what I write - it has been translated with Google. The easiest way would be to simply solder the electronic components together with a breadboard - I enclosed the circuit with the guide on Cults. Alternatively, please test whether you can download the ZIP file from Cults at any time and let me know. I will also make a Grebber file available in the next few weeks, which you can use to order Platine from JLCPBC, for example. But that is a bit more expensive than with a perforated board. Thanks for your feedback, greetings from Vienna!

    What did you use for the bumpers? I’m working on the ROKR pinball machine but would love to make my own.

    what type of solenoid coil is it

    • @fabe1690
      @fabe1690  2 года назад +1

      For the bumpers I use jf-1038 and for the flippers k-1039 magnetic coils and some smaller types of this series, which cannot (!!!) be used without protective electronics. I have to run the pinball machine at ~ 30V, but the solinoids are designed for 12V. Even at 12V they must not be permanently active. 30V are required so that the magnet coils have enough power. Without protective electronics, I think the solinoids start burning pretty quickly. For example, in the bumper the electronics only pulse a current for ~ 20ms, even if the switch in the bumper is constantly on, the Flippers have a switch in place that is active at the maximum angle so that the Solinoid then only runs with very short PWM pulses, which leads to a current of 100mA (without this the solenoid pulls ~ 4A @ 30V = 120 watts = DANGER !!!). So if you want to build a pinball machine with these solenoids, you must have appropriate protection electronics.

    Wish your kid wasn't terrible at pinball so we could also see the ramp shots instead of constant quick backhands into the pops, ffs
