No, Kohberger’s car was not spotted on Latah St, which is where Kopacka lived. They spotted Kohberger on Nevada Street, which is on the actual campus of WSU.

They had an arrest warrant because once a standoff starts, law-enforcement is allowed to get an emergency arrest warrant from an on-call judge. The Washington state patrol wrapped up their investigation last November and found no wrongdoing by the SWAT team and the Whitman county prosecutor also agreed that there was no wrongdoing.

The fraternity members weren’t at the house before police. Hunter Johnson, Ethan’s best friend was called over by the survivors. He then called Hunter C who arrived before police. Hunter J is not in the same fraternity as Ethan btw. People started to gather after the police arrived so that’s why photos show a larger group of people but right before the police were called it was only a few people. Hunter J called 911.
