Be sure to do your English homework... 3rd grade English. That is where they teach verbs and such and teach you that a correct usage would be "could HAVE", "would HAVE", "should HAVE", etc. and that "could of" is 100% incorrect. A contraction of two words -- could and have -- creates the word "could've" and uneducated people often mistake the sound as "could of". So... take this tidbit of free English education and run with it, add to it, and become a better writer and speaker.

What this video misleads you from is that Elon is discussing the possibilities of using something called an Alcubierre drive, which was proposed in 1994 by theoretical physicist Miguel Alcubierre, Elon did not come up with it himself nor did he claim to, and the drive in question relies on the use of a theoretical element that we're not even sure exists yet, along with a level of power production needed to run the thing that we're nowhere close to achieving for a while.
Don't hold your breath. There's a reason why many advanced space games utilize warp gates and trade lanes that are self-powered. Quantum entanglement will never encounter a more applicable use case!

While this channel makes up a lot of fiction, I came up with an idea for warp drive when I was about 17 while studying electronics. After studying some physics in college and seeing the current theories my idea might actually work. I just need the funding to experiment with it and develop it.

That Warp Drive Engine was debuted by NASA, previously. Of course, they (NASA) couldn't afford to build it. So, they farmed it out to Elon. I had discussions in 2018 with one of the key physicists. So, I am very familiar with that tech.

You need to understand that how do you create a bubble in space you can create a bubble in a heavier atmosphere like water or other potential element that’s spaces of vacuum so what happens to air when you put it into space does it create a bubble or does it disperse, that’s why I gave up on a war drive years ago. Now - the man is talking my language - This is already possible while most brains are not ready for it, yet when done correctly - it will not cost that much. It simply translates the micro instantly warping to the macro then guaging the energy point this 'beyond normal human understanding' can execute so fast - and have witnessed what happens when people going forward or back in time can and have caused problematic alterations of the Genome of theirs as well as future of others, changing the entire status quo as fast as thought once we understand.
