I vote for the plum rose. The warm tone is very flattering on you.
I agree with a lot of other comments - the plum rose looks so nice on you. I have to say, though, the first sweater you were wearing in the lavender honey color looks great with your coloring, too!!

I’m loving the seagrass tank ❤
The Line yarn will stretch with wear, but wash it in on a cotton cycle (40 degree Celsius) in your washer and dry it flat and it will return to its original size😅👍 and then it will sag again with wear, but the wash will fix it up again when it’s getting too big! I knit a rununculus in Line and it got all floppy with wear, but it always looks great again after a wash!👍 Line is one of the few summer yarn that I enjoy knitting with!🥰

The black knitting isn't too bad if you have a good light on it!
In my experience, you’ll be more likely to wear the colors you look and feel good in, so I vote the warm color.

Cant wait to knit the market henley myself! For the City top I vote for the Plum Rose. The grey is nice too but I like the plum rose better on your complexion. (I dislike any lilac type colour in general even if it suits a person so can't say anything to that one lol).
