It's very likely Giuliano is pronounced like: "Julia-no". They picked 2 names for if it was a boy or girl, and most often when expecting parents do that the names are gendered variants of the same name. Like Alexander and Alexis/Alexandra. Therefore, the names would be pronounced similarly to Julia. Also, it's likely pronounced as the Italian's pronounce it which is how I stated earlier. The name comes from Italy, originally; it's the Italian variant of the English name Julian. Hope that helps!
