Teams don't win Super Bowls. Organizations do. You need an owner who wants to win, a GM who can build a team and work the cap, a great head coach who can get the most out of his players, and a QB who can handle the biggest moments. I don't care how good Burrow is- he can't overcome bad ownership who won't spend money on his key players (chase) let alone a defense.
