Why join a union? Answer: Workers unorganized are weak. Workers organized are strong. What does job security mean? Protection against being discharged without sufficient reason. When I travel, I carry my own 4-wheeler 🏍 Why do I do this? Because, 1 to many times the company will say they are renting me one, and none are available. Or, they will rent one, along with 2 or 3 more. Then, soooooooooo many times I leave our “Safety / Medic Trailer, someone else has done jumped on it from our crew, And zoomed!!!!!!!! OFF! So, to make sure it never happens even with my own, I, TAKE THE KEY 🔑 OUT OF IT!!! Which I’m not supposed to do with a rented one. Btw, With the size of the 4-wheeler I own, it sure beats my company pickup 🛻 in many ways. You know how crowded job-sites can get. Also, I have a custom built rack on the front and back. And I carry a good size safety kit that has everything I need, also my fully-charged-up, “Philips FR3 AED.” To me, they are the best, or one ☝️ of, the best in the top 5 of AED. The Philips Heartstart is a semi-automatic AED and it’s really designed for healthcare professionals to provide emergency assistance to people. Who may, unexpectedly experience sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). It facilitates CPR to adults and children while monitoring the ECG results of patients. It’s an outstanding unit. It’s my own personal one.

And I carry a good size safety kit that has everything I need, also my fully-charged-up, “Philips FR3 AED.”
To me, they are the best, or one ☝️ of, the best in the top 5 of AED.
