    This Paneer Tikka Butter Masala is made using my special Master gravies - Chop Masala, Makhani Gravy, and White Gravy. The process is quick and easy, making it perfect for both home cooks and commercial kitchens.

    Hung Curd - 220gm
    Mustard Oil - 3 Tablespoon
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
    Bhuna Besan - 1.5 Teaspoon
    Chaat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
    Garam Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
    Jeera Powder - 1 Teaspoon
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Heaped Tablespoon
    Black Salt - According to taste
    Salt - According to taste
    Kasuri Methi - 1/4 Teaspoon
    Paneer Tikka Butter Masala :
    Paneer : 250gm
    Onion - 1/2
    Tomato - 1/2
    Capsicum - 1/2
    Sabut Jeera - 1/4 Teaspoon
    Salt - According to taste
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
    Garam Masala - 1/4 Teaspoon
    Coriander Jeera Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
    Kasuri Methi - 1/4 teaspoon
    Chop Masala - 80gm
    White Gravy - 50-60gm
    Makhani Gravy - 200 to 220gm
    Cream - 2 Tablespoon
    Butter - 2 Tablespoon
