I have been listening to this book ages ago but once you forgot to make the action, you forget. It is always good to come back to this book or post on reminder wall...very crutial not to forgot as life is demanding and full of distractions

I remember grabbing a copy in our school library (est. 2015), was not able to finish upon returning it, and after almost ten years, I am finally was done with it because of this audiobook. EAT THAT FROG!!! 😂
1:18:19 - have to disagree there. The ultimate goal in life is not to live a full, happy and long life. It is to seek first the kingdom of God. I have it written on my arm today, to remember while I build my business to success. It all means nothing if I gain the whole world and lose my soul. Eternity is a long time.
@@wisdomdzakpo2848 I'd like to meet this Brian, haha. But seriously, we don't behave like it's all in our brain. We expect others to abide by moral laws outside of our brains. And we expect them to be punished if they don't. Moral laws are universal, and they're written on our "hearts."
Thats truly the make or break for any of these techniques. You can listen to 10000000 self help techniques but if you don't have the self discipline to do just one you will stay stuck. Start with just one don't worry about all of them. Just one
The one simple rule that has allowed me to implement this technique is this: have a bedtime. In bed, lights off, no devices. Go to sleep at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. This allows you to consistently give yourself as much time as you need, as soon as you get up, to eat your frog.
Voice is very good.... Feels like I've paid subscription for it😂....... By the way It would be nice if this guy has posted this video in chapters.. So it was easy to navigate in-between
Great value for personal projects, but it's so funny everytime he says something about "Bringing value to copany you work in", or "Ask your boss". Man, I life in small city in Poland, not Manhattan.
Finished it, valuable stuff, but this "Your company" is getting on my nerves. Unless I don't own the company, I don't give a slightest fvck what will bring value to it and I won't do anything more than bare minimum, to keep energy for MY stuff.
As a French person, I was expecting this to be a cook book.
