US, UK, Saudi, Jordan and Israel, all were put to work to stop these drones. Iran wanted to convey message saying that can hit the enemy anywhere inside their country.
It took air force of 5 countries, Israel, US, UK, Saudi and Jordanian's to stop Iranian response, which was already hinted via Swiss embassy in Tehran. Also needless to highlight that this was the first direct Iran and Israel conflict, Iran is learning the weakness and strength of Israel's defends and its aligns, like Jordan and Saudi!
