    Oh man, very informative. I was planning to buy Luminous(1100VA)+Battery(150 AH)+stand combo from amazon in Bangalore(BESCOM) because of the frequent power cut but I need it for my gaming PC and few other devices. After watching ur video I changed my mind.

    I have two questions
    1) you divided by 12, why to do it always?
    2) In summer, some time no power whole night or very frequently powe cut in day time. But this not the case in winter. Battery and inverter is for some years and heavy investment. How to decide?

      In night only fans load will be there, so back up will accordingly increase.
      During day also you may manage load accordingly, else go for higher AH

    Rather than 375 Watts, it should have been 375 VA. Because you are ➗ power to power factor that gives apparent power

    Calculate total watt-hr consumption divide it by 9.6, you will get Ah of the battery needed, simple.
    India have usually 12V batteries.

    Battery should never be discharged 100%, so you should get 2x the usage for the size of the battery

      Batteries aur inverter do tarah k hote hai 12 V aur 24V. 12 V inverter mein single 12V battery connect hoti hai aur mostly ghr k liye use hota hai. 24 V mein 2 ya multiple batteries connect hoti hai aur commercial jagah use hota jaise shops ya office

    I ❤️ed your video.
    I have a Genus make 800VA model inverter with a 150Ah 12V battery.
    Battery has lasted 11 years & was supplied by Genus and model was GTT550 12V. Now this model is no more manufactured by Genus.
    I wrote to Genus company and have been advised to either use their GTT165 battery with a rating of 150Ah 12V or GTT200 battery with 165Ah 12V battery. However, I have been suggested to better use 165Ah 12V battery for battery output.
    In the meanwhile I saw a comment that said that if the 800VA Inverter is not able to support enough Amperage for 165Ah battery then it would cause a strain not only on inverter but shall also shorten battery life over the years.
    Now this being tooo technical matter you are requested to clarify the issu so that I may not end up buying a wrong battery (neither one with lower Ah rating nor higher Ah rating that 800VA Inverter be not able to support.
    An early and sincere reply duly supported by logic shall be highly appreciated and would be loved by your viewers in general.
