The Ethics Committee really thinks that they know it all. Like they actually know what’s best for all sorts of things in the foundation. Annoys me at times because of this. Some times they seem to forget what even Scp’s really. Though humorous by the claims they make. Well at least the representative.
The thing about the ethics committee is they aren’t actually a joke, they do oftentimes know what’s best because, to be able to ethically judge something you have to know all facts. Meaning their clearance allows them to know all omitted details so in a way they actually do know it all, they know everything of the foundations.

A good idea to have Davis cooperate would be offering him a job at the foundation giving him a house and let him see his kid because then he can live at the house drive to the location like everyone else and not feel like he's forced to do it and get paid for each time he's killed
But couldn’t Davis just run away in that case? The foundation’s goal is to contain anomalies and even if it poses a slight threat of escape it would likely be shut down. I doubt the foundation needs his cooperation badly enough to the point that they are willing to risk his escape. They probably could schedule a visit with his son every once in a while, thought they would have to take those visits off site. Also if there were a threat like the Chaos attempting to get him again it would be much easier
