this is a better list than people think. these may be indirect to hitting snake eyes, but banning linkuriboh took out their best insurance and can't comeback from an otk. limiting spell fragrance makes pendulums happy until that one sinful spoils, and the focus on banning end game omni negates is going to be very beneficial to diverse the meta.
They actually banned Baron and Savage Dragon. I like it. Ban all the generic omni negates that should had been archetype specific in the first place. Konami know they messed up and know that as long as these poorly designed generic cards are in the game it will be hard for them to push new product. Now if only if Konami was more harsh and ban more of them. Aside from that this list is garbage.

I know its been a meme, but why did we want Colossus back? Its effectively just a Droll on legs and greatly benefits whoever's going first (whereas Droll is turn agnostic). This just feels like an Ariseheart situation where the card is going to greatly warp the format around itself for decks that are able to include it, unless if the point is that Konami wants duelists running more board breakers.
Summon Limit really did help me top fairly competitive locals with Sky Striker, so that is highly unfortunate. But at least we get Engage back at 3. But, happy for Thunder Dragon players with Collosus making a comeback.
I would love to see a cyber dragon orcust decklist . I believe it will be top contender with clockwork night breaking boards and duality giving you otk power plus orcust combo to give disruption
I said this before. To progress the game they need to get rid of omni negates end boarders. I’m honestly just surprised that Appollousa missed this. And Fenrir to 2 not being on the semi limit I was wrong but next ban list possibly. Baronne gone hurts me but every time they do a massive reprint expect it.
banning Linkuriboh allows the snake-eye combos to work but takes away the ability to dodge targeted hand traps like Imperm or Veiler allowing for more counterplay
Pure Fire King will be viable after Consort without having to worry about the Synchro builds of Snake-Eyes now, though the new Sky Striker cards will make THAT Snake-Eye build stronger(and Infernoid ALSO runs Sky Striker stuff and is ALSO getting new support soon so be on the lookout for that), and the DARK Sky Striker Links are unironically also direct Orcust support, giving them more options under Crescendo's Dark Machine lock(and they don't care much about Cyanos' Machine lock either now with those as options so that can potentially lead to some nifty plays).
I think the synchro version of Snake eye isn't dead, Cupid Pitch searches Nemesis Corridor which lets you recycle Jet Synchron for a free Thunder Dragon Colossus
Linkuriboh being banned because of Poplar. Baronne being banned because being too generic. Same for Borreload. Doing an Errata to make those synchro monsters not that generic too hard ?
Unironically feel like this list is bad for the game, colossus and protos are not hard to get to or make sure the omnis are gone but it doesnt help the format. it simply solidifies the best deck and kills a lot of those rougue decks whos gameplan was make barrone plus something from the archtype and the still lose anyway.

I am really upset about the Baronne and Anti-Spell hits. Losing both means my Ghoti boards are a lot more likely to die to removal or TTT. Also, I’d like to point out that SE gets to have 4 Anti-Spells after LEDE because of their new floodgate monster.

It's a great list! Respecting the players who invested a lot of money while lowering the power level of at least the pure variant is brilliant.
