I train parkour. The thing with training bars, especially laches, is that the thickness of your palm skin controls your training time alot more than your physical strength and endurance. Once you get enough rips you just kinda call it for the day because the pain makes it alot harder to focus on technique

well... olympics have curling, golf and (rifle) shooting, where sure you need practice but almost any body type should be capable to do those and had poetry reading, painting and music (again, some of these do need practice or even expertise in - but at least average body shouldn't be obstacle in these)
American Ninja Warrior is a show that my mother and I could always watch together. I love how the competitors are always rooting for each other, even when they'll be eliminated if that competitor succeeds.
I work at JCX in Maryland, Which is a smaller Ninja Gym. I always love watching videos of people trying things at different gyms, and different cues instructors use for things! Love the video!!

The main tenets of a rogue is to be a "Gentleman. Warrior. Scoundrel". Cheat yourself a free beer, maybe get into some trouble. But when the stuff hits the fan and those space pirate ninjas come for you, you're going to need to get out. You'll need lockpicking in case you're captured, and some parkour skills to get out. I haven’t been watching the channel for about a year and I was scrolling through the videos today and I found this one and one of the first things I thought was wow Brian has lost weight so I was cracking up when he said he lost 30 pounds and the past year looking good Brian! Keep up the good work!
This was awesome! I can’t wait to see the next episode! You guys both proper went for it, and I love it. I’m also very jealous that place looks amazing
I feel like Jason just recently read Blink. Trust your gut instincts and just do it with total commitment! Legit best way to learn is having confidence to know that you WILL figure it out, as long as you commit.
Video idea, can Anthony teach you guys to use the Fairbairn Sykes knife? It’s right in line with the whole “Gentleman Scoundrel Warrior” motif and it’s a surprisingly nuanced blade if you watch Mr. Fairbairn work in some of the training videos
Loved the video guys! So entertaining to watch you even if you flopped on your faces. I wish there was a place near me I could try out this stuff because I feel watching doesn’t do the difficulty justice.
Impressive, gentlemen. No, really, that was quite good, especially for beginners. I couldn't do that if I was on fire and that was the only way to get put out. Maybe that's what we need next time to make it a bit more challenging. Fire, and/or a pit of dangerous animals.
Watching them do the bosu balls to the unstable platform is the closest thing I've ever seen to try to describe what it was like to live with unmedicated partial seizures. Days just be like that.
I used to think, "Well Corey is involved so the guys won't be responsible for the next major fire in Texas." Used to. It's nice to see the guys have real adult supervision this time.
i've been to a ninja warrior test center twice i honestly blasted right through it, the only thing i struggled with is that wall because i'm small and some random guy grabbed my hand and pulled me up on the 20th attempt :p
Next episode: how to build a Ninja Warrior course at home with the Buff Dudes to build, and Robbie Oberst to test it. Maybe give Eric Pearson (SenseiStrange) a call and do a video on falling safely while you're at it.

Okay quit teasing D&D Brian you guys need to do it or make an episode about it at least
Dungeons and dragons
"That's good, you touched in on your first try" - Andy
"That's what she said" - no one, and it made me sad
This is all building up to the Rogue Triathlon - Drink a hearty drink, scam a patron, and escape unscathed. We need to see all these skills culminate in some kind of Roguelympics.
I agree
I think it would actually go, Scam a patron for a drink, drink said drink then escape as the patron realizes the scam.
Then get caught and have to improvise a weapon to escape custody.

I love that Aj adds a little "Wee!" when he dismounts.
7:02 Whoever edited brian's face through the tape grip video needs a raise. That shit was so well done.
Haa I hadn't spotted that first time through 😂
The madlad Brandt did.
Such a pleasure working with you guys!
