Nice. So, when are you adding the nos manifold and the power pipe? I find my jet problem comes from extreme temperatures. The colder the leaner and the hotter the richer.
Yeah gonna be interesting to check that spark plug. I noticed a mess of heat coming off that engine. She loved to cruise at 26-28 though, and feels much stronger. If I weren't so damn old, I could see using this this thing for wheelies only. lol

My first thought is your videos I would expect that bike to rip for a bit then run out of steam. I'm sure an expansion pipe would wake that thing up. I would be expecting the world out of one of those Zedas. I watched all of those guys' videos when I was considering building a bike or buying a scooter. Then I bought a 2014 VIP, back when I first tuned into ROW,90gtvert, Daniel Martin, RollingWrench, and then the infamous Kachi's Kid hahaha. Good times
Hello from Chile ! I just saw all the videos of the 80cc kit and in teh fiorst video with stock engine you reach like 33 mph. Then with the first upgrades you reach 30mph and with the new carb it was 28. Why do you think it is ? Normally it should be faster and faster
I truly think it was to do with the high compression head. Next spring I will test the differences in heads. I really won't see an increase until I add an awfully loud performance exhaust.

I am thinking I leaned it out. Even though the hole looked small, a guy on Amazon had purchased many of this carb., and swears it is a 70. So I am leaning it out, but interested to see what a 68 will do. I will take a 4-5 mph increase for just changing a jet.

adding an expansion chambered exhaust will take the excess gas and throw it back into the engine on the next stroke giving your bike more power! i would definitely try adding that to give you a few more HP and maybe boost you up to 35MPH! all the love toward your build man!
Yeah, sorry Jaden on this one I have a different type of exhaust already purchased. Making this into a cruiser, my other bikes are for speed. That exhaust is a little loud for me.
@@kachiskid definitely understandable! It’s a very loud exhaust and you would definitely prefer to have a different style bike than a cruiser for those expansion chambers lol

Hey I got the same carb and put a 65 jet in and I’m only topping out at like 28 still and at full throttle it’s spitting do u know how to fix that?
What size gear are you using? You will need to check your spark plug to see if it is rich or lean.
