down under There is always that moment in any project where things go so horribly wrong I consider just throwing the whole thing away lol.

Hi Chuck. Awesome thinking! I'm thinking of making a cut file for CNC. What did the measurements end up being for each end of the panels (and the length)? That way i don't need to mess with figuring angles. Thank you

Thanks man! That’s awesome a CBC would be a sure fire way to make it live up correctly. So that lil guy is actually up in Delaware. (I’m in NC) I honestly just picked some arbitrary angles and set up the stop block so they were all the exact same. I’ll see if I can’t find the measurements though

@@burgbuilds that would be awesome. Thx

Cool project. I’m pretty sure the trouble you were having making it go together was due to some basic geometry being off. A 60° bevel cut is only going to be accurate for a straight sided hexagon. The jansson.us website has a compound angle calculator page with an N-sided box calculator which would be perfect for what you are doing here.

Thank you for the share... It's awesome. I just wish I had listened better in geometry

Nice video. I like to experiment with horns for phones and would like to hear the difference in volume if you ever get a chance to do that.

Rick McQuay thanks man! honestly it wasn’t THAT much of a difference, But one of my speakers blew out of my iPhone so it doesn’t have that much sound to amplify, something at full volume would probably do well. I’ll see if I can’t have one of my friends use it and see how well it does. Thanks for checking out my channel 👍🏻
