    Hey Dave, just bought your TTD book. So excited to start using it. Would you advise writing notes in the book, or no? Like highlighting and stuff? Weird q I know, but I've learned a lot from you so it's a bit of a respect thing I guess.

      Whatever helps you the most. My engineering and CAD manuals have highlighting, margin notes, and stickies.

      I never take requests... but crap, I can't believe I have not covered that yet. This will be the rare exception where I will do something that came from a user comment. I really thought that I had done that already.

      Some day. I don’t find them that interesting. They’re the opposite of a static analysis. Rather than find the equilibrium position, it calculates the force needed to make the current configuration the equilibrium position.
