Maybe you have some advice for me. I have a 1 year old border collie who is stated on cattle knows all the commands but will not bite a cow when they challenge him, he will bluff them run up and snap but not make contact. How do i teach him to bite ?

Get a new dog. Can’t make one bite that don’t want too
Но, собака замучается от такой напряжённой работы ,как они набираются сил, это ж запариться можно от приказов и слежки за коровами
