tobirama is like uchiha repellent. he created the flying raijin to counter the sharingan’s ability to predict movements and he mastered water style jutsu to counter uchiha’s fire style.
Tobirama is my personal favorite because he is a realist and left a bigger legacy than his brother. Also, all his jutsu comes from his own chakra reserves and ingenuity- a true ninja as opposed to that of hashiramas flashy, godlike world-destroying techniques from his unique mutation that could not be passed on + sage mode. Tobirama gave us three (almost broken) ninja-like jutsu that anyone could learn through much hard work- impure world resurrection, flying thunder god and shadow clone.
I mean if you think about his jutsus are either made specifically against the uchihas and or questionable. His water dragon to counter the uchihas fire. And the Reanimation jutsu as an example. While useful yes you are bringing the dead to do your will (Saw another comment that explained it better)
he was the only true hokage, his innovations with jutsu's and developing a country from the ground up alongside with his brother hashirama, protected and lead the village even after death, and the impact of his cautiousness for any potential threat to the village. Tobirama is a great leader with a realistic approach towards any problems of the village.

He got shafted by Kishimoto in terms of his fate, but dude knew after studying madara and the sharigan how the Uchiha desire for power would have led to further chaos and destruction. The military police were used to distract the uchiha but it also was necessary for the village as well as it needed a police force. Dude was a genius ninja. A great advisor. Someone who wanted the village to come before all else. Shouldn’t have been hokage but I honestly believe dude gave the shining world more good than bad.

Sacrificing himself to hold up the kaku bros and appointing the hiruzen as hokage, not recognising the thirst for power and rivalry building from danzo. These weren’t good decisions at all imo. If he was smart he would have put it to a vote the way his brother did for the first hokage election. Plus his whole idea for the police force failed, he should/could have done better is all I’m saying. But to be fair with little known about the other Konoha shinobi alive at the time I guess we can’t say because we don’t know who else could be a candidate instead of tobirama

Because of what he did to the Uchiha. Which compared to some of the biggest mistakes some other Hokages have made e.g. Hashirama and letting Madara live/Naruto and letting Boruto fight vs Momoshiki/Hiruzen and not caring for Naruto, is nothing. Tobirama is my favorite hokage, he's rational, extremely smart, sharp and calm in fight, his love for the village knows no limits, only Itachi can compete with it maybe. he invented some of the greatest Justus that appeared in the series, his extra caution from the Uchihas is understandable considering the fact all of them imposed a threat on the village at some point(with the exception of Itachi,Kagami and Shisui), with the the fact he actually took the time to educate himself and studying the sharingan, he's the most awesome contra to his brother and yet they are such a beautiful and heartwarming duo. AND he's HOT AS HECK . The only thingthat I think that's lacking is him and Minato being father and son, they work so well together and he complimented Minato and Naruto few times. One of the most underrated hokages, and a character we didn't know much of until the end, he was always a mystery but it was worth it in the end. If you watched the anime, he literally put on his own quick version of a fair election by allowing them to decide who the decoy would be. He literally didn't say a word until Hiruzen said that he would do it and THEN he picked him. He ALSO chewed on Danzo's ass about him always trying to compete with Hiruzen instead of being a team player. So IDK where you got the idea that he made a bad decision by choosing Hiruzen. Tobirama is my favorite hokage, he's rational, extremely smart, sharp and calm in fight, his love for the village knows no limits, only Itachi can compete with it maybe. he invented some of the greatest Justus that appeared in the series, his extra caution from the Uchihas is understandable considering the fact all of them imposed a threat on the village at some point(with the exception of Itachi,Kagami and Shisui), with the the fact he actually took the time to educate himself and studying the sharingan, he's the most awesome contra to his brother and yet they are such a beautiful and heartwarming duo. AND he's HOT AS HECK .
The only thingthat I think that's lacking is him and Minato being father and son, they work so well together and he complimented Minato and Naruto few times. I think it could be a nice closure with Naruto fixing his grandpa's "mistakes" (I don't consider them mistakes)

One of the most underrated hokages, and a character we didn't know much of until the end, he was always a mystery but it was worth it in the end. I run a huge community, and literally, get referred to as Tobirama a lot, so that's why he's one of my favorites lmaooo Honestly great videos, and I wish their could be even more on Naruto characters, the effort on these are amazing

One of my favorite Kage. Virtually idealistic and ahead of his time. Created space time ninjutsu. Created the ANBU black ops and the Chunin exams which every major village copied.
