koul 2 You should try-out for the team regardless. When you graduate, it will hurt more to know that you never even tried-out than if you atleast tried-out, but didn't make it. You should definitely try-out for the team & learn to enjoy the process and not allow yourself to be to tied to the outcome. Whatever happens, you had more courage and confidence than most people because you atleast tried out. Remember Jesus Christ is Savior & Lord, God Bless. Man you put the work in and you will reap the benefits, but if you're scared of failure only 2 things are certain. 1) you have not been grinding hard enough for it, or 2) you have what takes to make the team but will never know if you don't take the risk. You can't let the fear of failure hold you back from your true potential. As ET says, quitting becomes a habit. The more you quit the easier it will become. Think about this quote. Im sure you've heard it. "Those who matter won't mind and those who mind don't matter." Better to get rid of the friends who don't matter and focus on the ones who do. Give it a shot. If you don't get it this year, then grind it out with some fire and try again next year, but don't just talk about it. do it.
