Charlie in Trees Part 2

So today we had Charlie back in the tree removing this leaning birch tree. we kept everything small and controlled and just used the chainsaw when really needed. Over all great job by Charlie.

Nice to see you guys teaching with patience and experience. When I first started I was rushed, pushed too hard and taught the wrong practices, led to mistakes and doubting myself for the career choice. Take it easy Charlie, enjoy the process, push yourself but know your limitations! I don’t regret my career choice now, not even rainy day coni bashing 😅
