How to sew a Welt Pocket for a Waistcoat

Hello! I was just making a waistcoat (vest) and thought you might be interested in how I sew the pockets. This is not the only way, but it is one way of doing it and I think it is pretty easy. If you would like me to create a slower step by step video please comment below.

This has saved me time. Much easier than some other methods. Do you have a similar method for a welt pocket that hides all the top stitching that is just as easy?

Hi glad the video was helpful. The only way I can think of is to hand stitch the welt at each end instead of by machine - does that make sense? (And is that what you mean?)
