My Cable Attachments and Examples of How to Use Them

- Doing a gym workout program with an Inspire Fitness functional trainer for your home gym has been a joy for the past two weeks I have had it. Cable attachments are critical to your workout program to make sure you are getting the proper setup. Any level of fitness can use this machine for so many exercises and the convenience makes is easier to workout and be motivated.
In this video today we will go over the attachments included with the functional trainer and also some example exercise you can do with them. I did get a few Rogue Fitness attachments to pair with my functional cable trainer that work really well with the machine.

I got my full-body exercise just unboxing all the pieces and lugging them across the house into my exercise room! When i recover in a few weeks, i'll try some actual exercises...
Hahah nice and enjoy it. I do love mine but it of course has a few negatives, however those are not even close to worrying about

My pleasure and you are welcome. I love this machine, the Rogue attachments and it is the right form factor. A little short if you are tall but works well, especially for the price.

Curious to know the footprint of this. How far from the wall does this stick out, and how wide is it?
Noticed you got weight stack pins. Are you using them and do they work okay on the trainer? I’m getting a Centr 3 and wondering if I should order these up to add more weight.
Yes the gym pins work great and I do use them. I would order them “if” you need more with lat pulldowns or similar exercises but would wait.
