I was successful in connecting my unit via Bluetooth but when I tried to configure it using WIFI, I get the message "Device has been exist" which I interpret as already been added. I did a factory re-set on the unit but still have the same issue. I followed online instructions to try to delete the units on the app but no matter how long I "long press" the device name in the app, no options appear including no option to delete device. Please advise. Thank you!

I stayed for about 2 months I turned it off during the search process when I finally found one I filled it and turned it on. and it works perfect but when I open the aroma-link app It turns out that this is already mine There is no way to reconnect it with the app I already tried all Bluetooth or wifi and I have no results and tried with other phones, smaller ios and ipads and nothing mu iphone 14 pro and I can not would you help me !! thank you so much best wishes James
Ive tried several times to register. I have never received the validation email and have checked junk/spam folder. I imagine thats why I don't see any diffusers (devices) listed when connecting to Bluetooth?
I have 2 devices and both are added to the network, but are staying on the offline mode...impossible to make them work over wifi... I really need help cuz I want to use the wifi connection

Sorry no one has helped you. They didn't help me either. Choose and hold the Back and > buttons together on the machine. It should go to a reset option where you can reset the machine to default settings. Let it reset and then the default password 1234 "should" work. It did for me after having this issue. Good luck.

you need do the system reset to try again. Can we know your email or whatsap[? then we can send you video how to do it
