Its been a while since I last rammed my POD into a Stealth Bomber but here we are and when I say a while, I mean a while. Approximately 2 years if I am remembering right.
In this video we look at the stealth bombers and in particular how bombs are used. A little short on my initial idea of finding poor unsuspecting targets in Null but I managed to get a good in depth overview up and an example bombing run (even if it was against NPC's lol)

Starting from Min. 8, a couple of corrections on what was said:
There actually is a couple of things that affect bomb damage, first of all Covert Operations (skill) if you are using the bomber specific damage type ( in this case it matches thermal = nemesis). Also the targets size matters, if it's smaller than 400m in signature you'll do less damage. Also target resists of course.
Enemies cannot lock up your bomb and destroy it, the only two options are AoE damage of any kind (Smartbombs, bosons, other bombs etc. ) or defender missiles, only launchable by destroyers who have the defender missile launcher fitted in a highslot. However if your ships dies before the bomb explodes you also do no damage. There is some other cases as well but that would go too far.
Also a bomb will definitly NOT kill a single bomber if that bomber is not using it's MWD (signature) or having polarized torpedo launchers equipped (zero resists).

I had an astreo at 12% structure with my probe
The first time I tried using a bomber, I tested it out for ratting and my first kill with the bomb was myself. And I didn't even get credit for the kill. 🤣
Since the resists are so low to begin with, you might as well go for polarized launchers for the extra DPS.

They're a bit pricey to fit on a frigate-sized glass cannon, but if anything manages to shoot you while you're flying a bomber, you're probably flying it wrong. So yes, polarized launchers :)

I have one of these and have never used it. >.> Really seems like it would be fun in a fleet of bombers but aside from that not much use.
throwing bombs at random 50 man fleets can be fun. you can also fit smaller launchers and use it to catch exploration peeps

I am planning to run a Purifier is it worth getting each type of torpedoes or just EM type because of bonus? and the same question with bombs, stock up each type or just one dmg type?

No. Bombs can only be used in null and Wormhole space. YOU CANT FIRE BOMBS IN HIGH OR LOW SEC. It simply wont let you
How can you have such a fitting? I have too little CPU power for all that!!??? How did you manage to add all that you have, plus Bomb Launcher, Warp Disruptor and 2x Ballistic Control System II. Fitting also comes down to skills aswell there is skills for some mods that reduce power and cpu requirements maybe this is what is holding you back? It is possible that I am using a 2 or maybe 3% cpu implant but I usually mention at the start of the fitting description if this is the case
If you wanna get good use out of your bomber and kill capitals with it or bomb fleets you should check out Bombers Bar (in game channel of the same name) discord.gg/54gHzMR it's THE npsi group for anything cloaky, everyone can join, only requirement is a covert ops cloak. You might as well get a lot of awesome footage out of it, or wanna stream.
ya... bomber are really only good in pack, they are kind of useless. good for bashing unoccupied structures though.
