We half expected Trump to do just that, haha!
It's the first step toward the glorious empire of MexAmeriCanada. Which will require 2 empresses to administrate. I think one of the twin emperors got assassinated by Grandpa the Elder. But I've said too much.
God for real. I picture this skit being done in snl style as like someone wearing a donald/trump joe biden wig and making the same 10 jokes that you constantly see about each dude respectively lol
My boys and I have a running joke/gag "recall the last time SNL made you laugh" If someone answers we scream "Sys Gen loser bundle of sticks of questionable mental capabilities"
SNL started in 1975. The first few years were hysterical, just like the first few years of "Mad TV". Both shows decined in later years. Unfortunately, SNL has apparently decided that the decline is acceptable.
Im a huge fan of sketch comedy. grew up watching SNL, kids in the hall, Monty Python, etc. and this is hands down the best sketch I've ever seen. fucking genius
The first season of Mad TV was amazing and this was one of the best sketches. The fact that Artie Lange plays the sober guy talking to a black out drunk is hilarious on it's own. But it would have made more sense to say he cured AIDS that way. Plenty of rich people die of cancer.
Need I remind you this country elected a former reality show host and then was suckered into electing a dementia patient so I guess anything is possible.

I think that whether you love Trump or hate him, you can see the comparisons (even though the man never drinks). What stands out for me is how in this skit, the seemingly worst type of president with worst types of tactics actually ended up with a list of positive achievements that any real life president will be proud of. Same can be said for Trump, who has a big mouth, who does the opposite of what statesmen recommend, yet brought genuine changes that seemed impossible, like the peace treaties. He is, in some ways, similar to Kevin Klein's "Dave".
PS: You may be misinformed about Trump. What Peace Treaty? None ever went through. You also may have missed the point, it was about Bush II. Much more obvious now I'm sure
@@shonenjumpmagneto The skit was during the Clinton years so it was not about any specific person. As for the peace deal I mentioned, perhaps you have heard of the Abraham Accords. Love it or hate it, it is a big deal.
Trump never drinks, but surprisingly even with the way he behaves, this guy brings better results than statesmen like John Kerry and Barack Obama. They can play statesmen on TV, but eventually the real results came from the orange guy who sent his son in law to deal with the mideast to do the opposite of what Kerry suggested. I was scared of having a guy like Trump in office, but I look at the results. At the end of the day, the orange troll brings results, and the nuanced statesmen are children.
