I just wanted to let you know regarding the mold in your house. Our whole apartement was full of mold and I had the worst symptoms like dizziness, cold hands and feet, headaches, trouble breathing at night, panic attacks which led to health anxiety. Went to the doctor all my bloodwork came back fine. Moved out and after a couple of weeks all my symptoms were gone.

Mold help: hi Liana! I just watched your video and I’m so sorry about the mold! My husband is a health inspector in the US and the rules seem similar to the UK; if you can’t cancel your rental you can call the local authorities to come do an inspection and they can declare that your landlord was negligent and you can end the rental through that. Best of luck to you and your fam! praying for you and the fam

I really hope Liana sees this comment. 🥺🤞🏼💖
I was having a really tough morning and I was feeling so overwhelmed I got back into bed feeling sorry for myself but then I saw this video and it gave me the motivation to pull myself together (somewhat) and I was able to watch/listen to you while I get my apartment back in order and I can breathe easily again. So thank you. And I think I speak for all of us when I say, we absolutely love these videos. Please keep doing them as long as it makes you happy. 💕

I had a black mould problem and had respiratory and eczema flare up, I contacted my renter who fortunately fixed the problem with a special treatment that completely cleared it up. The treatment has to be done by a specialist and we had to leave our property while it was done but its possible as long as any leaks are also fixed. I hope you can get it fixed. You are such a lovely little family, thanks for sharing as you inspire more than you know.❤

    Hey Kids,
it isn't bad luck ... it's just the ups and downs of all relationships. It's how you BOTH tackle each situation that creates the best/right outcome.
That is exactly what comes across. So KUDOS to you both. Oh ... and I am sending you a massively, bigly (yep, I pinched that "bigly"word from an ex-president.) HUG !😊

Hey, I am 27 and don't drive either, so don't feel bad. Just noticed your tattoo, I have the exact same one in my wrist!
Glad you are looking at options to fix different issues. Life is full of so much bad luck as an adult. I have very similar luck to you it seems and I really really feel for you as I know how horrible that type of luck can be!
Even on bad days I try and think of 1 positive thing that makes me happy to do even if it is just something simple like having some chocolate. And if I am not able to do anything for myself I try and do something positive for someone else. ❤
Another thing that helps me feel productive even on the worst and least productive days (adhd life lol) is I make myself make my bed ever morning as even on the least productive days I get to the end of the day and head to bed and see a nicely made bed and it just feels kinda nice like at least 1 thing went right that day. It's weird but worked for me.😅
Good job for working out! 15 mins is better than 0! Great job! 🎉
I hope your excema and stuff improve for you soon. ❤️

Dehumidifier, don't use fabric softener, use vinegar. Vinegar sounds gross but it gets rid of static cling and takes away odours from fabrics. I don't even need to use dryer sheets now and in my part of Canada, it's cold & dry during winter and I thought I needed these sheets. By switching from fabric softener to vinegar it's helped my psoriasis clear up massively. A dehumidifier or two is a must when you can't prevent damp.

Do not use fabric softener on your towels !!! It leaves a silicone layer on them and eventually it will not soak up the water when using them. To help remove the old softener is to use white vinegar in the rinse cycle to see if it helps. Also fabric softener is REALLY bad for your skin condition !!!

Oh noooo the mice! We are having a same problem. The mice poo can be pretty toxic. We’ve found that it’s caused us to be sick. Look up LCMV disease from mice poo or hantavirus. Ours was in the hvac system, the system was blowing the dust and excrement into our air! We got our landlord to clean our hvac system and we’re hoping our sickness gets better soon. I hope you guys are well!! When you clean the poo you have to do it a special way to keep you safe. we live in the country too. We’ve been recommended to get outdoor cats and traps 😅 I hope you all stay safe ❤️

I moved to Montenegro a few years ago and we found a lot of damp in the house because we live by the sea. We bought a dehumidifier and every day now we've found a load of water that it's got from the air/walls so I completly recomend one! p.s. our walls looked exactly the same as yours!😄

I just want to give you some encouragement, your kitchen, and your living room, and your house is always going to be a mess with a little one no matter what you do your best and that’s all you can do. Everybody that says their house is amazingly clean, is lying. Your house is not that messy at all. The dampness is a big concern. You and Connor and Kozy (sorry if I misspelled his name) have been a huge blessing in so many different peoples lives. Things will get better. This just means that you will be able to help those who end up going through the same things you guys end up going through and then you will be able to tell someone someday it will get better too. This is me speaking from experience.

I have just bought the Coway air purifier for having cleaner air in my flat as I have pets and will have paint works soon but I saw in the reviews that it really helps if you have mold as well! Obviously needs to fix the mold issue but good to make it manageable while it is being fixed by the landlord. I thought of you as it could help

Sounds like you need a couple of dehumidifiers to get the damp out of the air. If you wait on a landlord you'll be hospitalized with a lung infection due to black mold. They will help immensely. If your tummy hurts on the lower right side, please get it checked, you could have an early appendicitis. If it's on the left, it could be, constipation, gas or an ovary.

10:02 yes get it checked. With all the medical issues you went through during your pregnancy and birth, it would be better to get it checked out I have what’s known as adenomyosis and that’s where I felt it the most. It’s just basically the opposite of endometriosis. It could be a lot of things, and it could be nothing but ovulating.

You look beautiful without make up. I gotcha. I don’t drive either and you and I are about the same age.
So I’m in the same boat as you with literally being stuck at home with my children. I don’t have eczema but I have friends that do and when I get severe it’s hard to get rid of so I’m knocking on wood with you that you’re able to keep it minimal this time and praying that you guys figure out where your next step is and that you get a place that does not have mould so You guys especially kozy are in a healthy environment.

  • @RiverkeeperEmberStar
    @RiverkeeperEmberStar 10 месяцев назад

    Hey beautiful SiStar 🌟🙏💚
Love, good vibes and great news you hear soon. Nothing ever stays the same. That means this flare-up for you, myself and all family out there.
    Crohn's flare-up caused a psoriasis flare up.
I did a bit of digging and found Irish sea moss. Thought I would try it to help the Crohn's, turns out it's great for heart and skin issues. Do research of course.
Give things you try(as long as there are no added complaints) 1-2 weeks before it is able to move through the body as a whole. This is even a mood enhancer plus clean energy(great for metabolism)
I love this family you guys have created here on this platform. It's my Auntie mind that loves to share what has been helpful for myself. Trust starts with gut health. This is a partner to intuition.
Anything wrong internally shows through the skin eventually. Being the largest organ of the body. It absorbs the most nutrients and toxins. Sometimes that fav tea gets destroyed by a corrupted tummy(autoimmune) that it's best to steep that brew for x2 and poured over cooked oats at a temp good for babies(yes even on adults) for a skin detox/reset that shouldn't but might give 💩 s.
    Oh for reference:
    1 bag of chamomile (1tsp)
1 serving of rolled oats(instant has that stuff on it)
The foot part of pantyhose (US name).
While the bathtub is filling up with lukewarm water do:
1.)start the tea(steep 10mins) loose leaf has no microplastics.
Transfer cooked oats to hose 🦶😂.
Take steeped tea and oats to the tub and pour the tea over the oats. This will strain the proteins etc the skin loves in the water.
    Caution
Always dry brush and rinse in shower before.
NEVER add hot water to a bath that is cooling.
Heat pulls toxins to the surface.
    Cooling draws it out.
Now that little man is over a yr he can also enjoy this as well!
Add honey only if it's local.
    ❤❤❤

With your mould please please move out it is dangerous and can cause a lot of health issues. With your flare ups go and see a dermatologist, because you might need special cream or medication but a few things that would help as someone who has bad eczema is regularly changing your bedsheets and pillowcases. Also I recommend the tower 28 spray they don’t sell it in the uk but you can get it on revolve and it helps so so much, also some make up can make it worse or aggravate your skin more. I hope it clears up soon and that you can sort out the mold.

And always believe that it's real. It changed me. I have social and health anxiety, I used to always get sick, but I released it's mostly the way I think, I either can emplify it, or change it. Not sure if it would help or hurt if you don’t already do it but maybe a health journal? Just like a daily log of your symptoms. It always helps me just in general to write something down that’s bothering me. You can also give the list to your doctor and or compile it and pinpoint your most common symptoms. Wishing you guys the best !!!
Edit: also maybe like depending on how much time and energy you have at the end of the day to list what you ate and drink

As someone who suffers with bad allergies, when I saw that mold it made me cringe. They really need to sort that out. That seems like it would be so dangerous for the baby. Do you all have de-humidifiers? Some brands work really well and pull the dampness out of the air. Hope you guys find a solution or a new place. ❤

When I was little, my dad used the wrong detergent just once and I broke out into hives EVERYWHERE. Now 30 years later and I am still scared to try a new one. Also, I completely understand the mom creative block. Have been trying to find a way around it myself but the cold/dark/winterneas is not exactly helping.

Your landlord needs to get rid of the mold. Your landlord needs to do it pronto. It can really make you sick. Don’t take no for an answer. Here in the US that’s a lease breaker. Give them a few days and that’s it. Unless you can stay in the van. It can be deadly!

I get dizzy when I stand. I was diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. I've had mild symptoms since I was 11, but it got worse through each of my 3 pregnancies until I started falling post 3rd baby. It took about 20 medications before I found one that really worked well, and a lot of diet changes, and special exercises specifically for POTS

As a mother of 3, if you want your kids to learn to eat anything then they need to eat the same meals as you. Everyone always comments on how good of eaters my kids are and how they aren't picky.

You need to check for Lupus. I have every symptom that you have.
The white fingers that turn purple, then red is called Renaulds Syndrome. It comes with Lupus. And cold feet, any extremity. I have to use heating blanket all year round. My mouth breaks out, sores inside, aches in joints, etc. It affects ever major organ. I have no energy at all.
Get checked out. Please. You will see if you do.

@Liana, With your Reynauds diagnosis, you might look at Ehlars Dahnlos as a second diagnosis.
