Wonderful service this morning at the Lake County Campus unpacking chapter 2. Chapter two of Proverbs is an exhortation for us to seek wisdom (the wisdom of God) above all else. Through the wisdom He gives we find humility wisdom and all understanding and true knowledge.
I agree if i look for wisdom like i lost my social security card or driver's license. Very good point with the UK analogy big up to UK we love UK and God too
Just catching up in “Comments.” The section that stands out the most in this reading of Chapter 2 is verses 21-22. “For the upright will live in the land, and the blameless will remain in it; but the wicked will be cut off from the land, and the unfaithful will be torn from it.” To me this is God’s promise to the faithful at Judgment.
Catching up in “Comments.” The section that stands out the most with this reading is verses 21-22 (a promise). Isn’t this an accurate description of Judgment?
"For the Lord gives wisdom, from his mouth come knowledge and understanding." Proverbs 2:6
