I think the salt/soy sauce helps eliminate bacteria which makes it okay to eat ^^
In Guga Foods Guga did this method of curing egg yolks with hot sauce and a separate one with Worcestershire sauce and it took 7 days for it to be done. If you want to know if it taste good yes but I really want to try Junghyun's all purpose soy sauce she made for the egg yolks it looks bomb.

I think it's the presentation that makes it gourmet. I'm wondering why the chef called it a scotch egg.
deviled eggs can be considered gourmet. depends on ingredients, technique used and presentation. i've seen some really bougie ones. you honestly can make most things gourmet.

I tried eating rice with raw egg too. It wasn't bad.. I just didn't like the texture. I think it's because I knew it was raw egg in it. But everything she makes looks so good!

She makes everything look good. I tried her broth and all purpose soy sauce recipe but it was not that impressive. The taste is less salty than normal soy sauce but I don’t like the smell from the broth. I dont know maybe am just picky 🤷🏻♀️

the purpose of the show is to support the domestic representation of Korea and domestic products in Korea. i don't think non Korean can star in the show.
