zelee0 technically, no since ATs use gliding wheels but he's equipped with a Flight Module item which allows him to fly while having all of his normal attacks. It gets more confusing when he gets to use the ISS Scopedog or the LRS RS-Custom ,since he suddenly appears on the ground.
