      That's because you can be entertained with anything that is crappy. Those crappy things were never funny even if he treated women nice. No talent is no talent. Not because he's British. Because my favorite classical violin music is usually British.

    The so-called "lovable tramp", was actually a mysogonistic predator, when it came to his female co-stars, Chaplin treated them to the worst of the casting couch, coercing them to perform degrading acts in order to win a role in his films. Alot of beloved Pop icons had a dark side. Chaplin was just one of many.

    Love this, wish it had captions though, because the audio levels are off. At the end, why is Scott Joplin playing in the background? There's no connection between Ragtime and Chaplin!

    Always knew that Charlie Chaplin disrespected and mistreated women as per his reputation. Never knew he was that bad.
    OMG!
    He was a monster.
    He treated all those women as though they were not human.
    He was cruel and a sad excuse for a human being.
    It was better to never know him.
