I love you how solved the DAWless problem with a ... DAW 😂I've got a similar issue where I'm trying to build up a dawless solo set, and play stringed instruments, and keep things from getting repetitive. Thanks for the inspiration!
Wait, why FL? I know its less painful to integrate with modular than it used to be, but just because a slash hurts less than a stab doesn't mean it won't bleed the same blood.
@@sebbothebushnerd okay relatable lol, but honestly after having picked up Ableton I've just not gone back when it comes to modular integration. I've seen and heard great things about Bitwig in that regard too. I'd really recommend checking them out and all their options for external hardware integration and even CV generation!
@@3sixtystudios722 you can do triggers with an AC coupled interface too, as long as the output voltages are healthy enough, it's quite a common trick for quick and dirty syncing of modular with DAWs like Pro Tools. DC coupled outs will allow other kinds of CV to be output too, like LFOs at infrasonic rates and v/oct
modular master class - well done Sebastian! Must be a ton of time this rack. greetings from Austria
Servus!
It's been a journey! 😆
Holy shit this gave me some huge breakthrough ideas. Thanks!
Good video man. Enjoy learning bout this process

I got a cracked version of FL when I was 16 and just never looked back 😉

You wasted the money.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@sebbothebushnerd possibly cos you can do triggers with DC coupled audio interfaces?... FL Studio - Fruity Voltage Controller
not midi though :)
