How do you get into flow Demas? Love your work @oneill.photography
What do you mean by flow? Do you mean like when I'm out shooting? Or when I'm editing at home? Or just in general?
@@demasrusli yeah, more generally when you’re getting into a creative mindset 😊
@@AdamONeill I think just starting something is the most important thing to get into a flow. Once I start something, I always just want to finish it haha
Aye Demas! Watching this video from the beginning till the end I couldnt stop smiling. You are a legend mate:~) Everything that comes to you is well deserved 👊🏻
Thanks so much Ian! Really appreciate your support and kind comments!
Love your work sir
Thanks so much!
What is your thought process when composing a photo? And how many shots you take before selecting a final image? @rupeshgosain
I think about rule of thirds, symmetry, creating depth, leading lines etc when composing a photo 🙂 Usually I take as many pics until I am happy with the composition I want, could be 2 or 3, or it could be 10 or more sometimes
@@demasrusli another question I would like to ask is what do you do in areas like day to day things around us but making it stand out without much photoshop but only through the camera... Not a photoshop expert myself... I just like to see beauty or regulare mundane things in a different way and like to produce it too via an image... But sometimes the images come out dull and I think how other people do it but I dont.
I think photography is about capturing what you find interesting, if the location youre at is not inspiring you then how are you able to take a good photo? Try to look for new angles and find new ways to shoot mundane locations to make it interesting for yourself
@@demasrusli thank you very much, that helps. Hope to learn a lot more in future from you too. 👍
Hey demas, at what point did you realized that leaving your job will be safe now? @luminescence.ks
Thanks for the question! I knew that leaveing my job would be safe when I was able to make more money from photography than my full-time job :) Check out this Q&A video for full details on it: ruclips.net/video/a1RI0lRDido/видео.html
it's just a pleasure to learn from you. Looking forward to new tutorials XD
Thanks so much! Lots more coming soon 😀
That plane story 🤯🔥👌

How many different countries has photography taken you to? :)
@iamsandrasmith
Thanks so much! Oh good question - I've been to Japan, Spain, Hong Kong and USA from photography jobs :) That's what I can remember from the top of my head, the other places I've been to are for holidays :)
That's so amazing! Looking forward to seing more posts:)
But how does that plan picture look so real I mean the trees that cover the flight how did you do that? AI can even see shadow of the trees🙄@vinithavalsan89
Photoshop :) You need to understand lighting and how to create shadows in Photoshop
@@demasrusli I'm still editing on phone in Lightroom and snapseed😭 I have a long way to go
@@vinithavalsan152 That's completely fine :) Keep working and improving everyday
