I see a lot of suggestions that his life should be made into a movie. I don’t believe a 2 hour movie could do justice to what this man has been through and what he has accomplished up to this point in his life, I’m thinking more along the lines of a Netflix like series.
I rather have a great movie made than a dime a dozen Netflix series that only a certain niche of people would watch. People will come together with a movie, especially if it’s good. Like how everyone adored “Bohemian Rapsody”.

I aspire to be doctor, scientist and many more, to change the world and my own fate. But I had to first spent years of efforts and money to overcome depression and childhood trauma. But just when I finally recovered, and feel like I’m ready to take off, I had to look after my ailing mother. Life keep giving me endless stuff to overcome. Not sure if I ever get to achieve my dream. Anyway, it’s a relief to know that someone else who share similar experiences did succeeded
If he ever had a movie. It would be called," Before 36," most people in their 30's are mid is probably regretting their life choices right now. Hats goes off for this guy, he took his life, and molded it with his own hands.
I think it’s very hard for others to understand the difficulty of telling the people who’ve abused you that you love them. I once told a therapist that my ultimate goal in life was to be able to say those words. The thing that finally clicked for me was a new understanding of the concept of forgiveness. Forgiveness isn’t a one time decision. It’s a choice that you make every day and a choice you make every time that you say you love someone. I’m incredibly impressed by this man’s accomplishments, but it’s clear to me that Jonny’s hardest achievement was the forgiveness of his father and the ability to say that he loves his father. He chooses forgiveness rather than anger or hatred or vengeance. That part is what I found truly motivational.
As someone who came from abusive household, I know how hard it is to break the cycle. I had fear of talking to people, being looked down, failures, or being disliked by others. I was always afraid. and people wouldn't understand why I act the way I do and stepped on me more. I had to go through many inner and outer struggles to get to where I am now. And now I am 36 with wife and two years old baby. I am not completely am at where I want to be. But at least now I know better than to beg for other's validation on me to prove I am not worthless. It took many years, but I am my own person now and much happier than ever before.

To everybody saying that they should made a movie about him: fun fact, actually there is already a movie that is based on what he is telling. His friend that died, Ryan Job, is the character that lost his eye and died after surgery, and Marc Lee is the soldier that was shot in the head when they are going into a house. If you want more info about Jonny past in the Seals, check out the book The Last Punisher, there you will find some good stories about their unit.

His idol was johnny sins probably
Not any medical school… Harvard educated phD! He recently add another title, A Medic Pilot.
I see a lot of suggestions that his life should be made into a movie. I don’t believe a 2 hour movie could do justice to what this man has been through and what he has accomplished up to this point in his life, I’m thinking more along the lines of a Netflix like series.
You should see his podcast with Jocko Willink
This
💜💚💜💚
You’d probably have to bend the truth and add characters into his life to make it into a series
I rather have a great movie made than a dime a dozen Netflix series that only a certain niche of people would watch. People will come together with a movie, especially if it’s good. Like how everyone adored “Bohemian Rapsody”.
Literally, the dude said it, make a plan and have the discipline to stick to the plan. I am in my 3rd year of medical school while also being an officer in the army. I don't think I want to be an astronaut, but it's doable for everyone else.
Good going buddy

My exhusband is a well connected medical doctor who severely abused our children. Thank you for sharing your story. Thank you it helps me to understand how my children feel.

I’m kinda envy him. Because just like him, I grew up in domestic violence too, the only difference, is my father don’t have a gun, no police intervention and, he is still very much alive till this day.

Also from an abusive household. It just makes me want to kill myself thinking about it some times
It’s not your fault
May God heal you from your pain

To everybody saying that they should made a movie about him: fun fact, actually there is already a movie that is based on what he is telling. He was part of Chris Kyle platoon that fought in Ramadi, so Clint Eastwood's movie American Sniper about Chris is partly about him too. His friend that died, Ryan Job, is the character that lost his eye and died after surgery, and Marc Lee is the soldier that was shot in the head when they are going into a house. If you want more info about Jonny past in the Seals, check out the book The Last Punisher, there you will find some good stories about their unit.
I think they mean a movie about his life journey.
yeah but where was he in the movie?/I think you missed the point
The character is a white man in the movie.
@@rajs7876 Yeah I obviously know that he is not a character in that movie, if so, I would have said so. I'm saying that there is already a movie about the story that he is telling when he fought in Irak as a SEAL, because he was part of the real life events that inspired that movie, as a member of SEAL Team 3 Charlie Platoon back in Ramadi 2006.
@@nanlin8522 Because American Sniper is not about Jonny Kim, is about the life of Chris Kyle. What I'm saying is that in real life, Kim and Kyle were part of the same unit, so when Hollywood made a movie about Chris Kyle, partly they made a movie about a Kim too, even when there is not a character that played him, as he fought in the Battle of Ramadi in 2006 as member of SEAL team 3 Charlie Platoon.
