I was supposed to see her in LA last week but she canceled last minute saying her new music won't be ready in time but she wanted to perform it, so she "postponed" the concert for early 2019. I had to get a refund for the tickets cuz I don't know what's gonna be going on whenever the concert actually occurs, plus I had my friend fly in from across the country to go with me; no idea if she'll be able to do so later, so the second ticket might be a waste. I'm really disappointed.

Julia Subkova Well if Music Works gets their shit together then Minzy could actually make a comeback before her tour. She's been in the studio since the summer of last year. She has enough songs to put out a mini album and full length album at this point. The company really has been neglecting her since earlier this year. And they refuse to properly promote anything she does. And I call BS on the whole postponing the tour for this one song. That's just the company trying to save their own ass. Minzy clearly stated that she was gonna use her NA tour as her comeback showcase, which means she was planning on having an official comeback. But the company has turned into Sohee and MW girls trainees fanaccount.
Her company didn't promote this at all, it was Minzy herself who announced it was coming a couple of days before it's release. If you don't keep up with Minzy herself you wouldn't really know about the song. It seems many, if not all, of the K-pop news sites missed it too.

Her being able to maintain her husky tone despite nodes and nasal singing isn't really an accomplishment when she has next to no control over her voice, strains, and sings with a closed throat even in her comfort range.
