Very good explanation… I’m going to buy the e110a for a very good price with a 2nd battery. For city traffic this is fast enough.

Do you need a driver's license?
You will probably need a moped license, but those vary state-by-state, not every one has them in the US
Their scooters are garbage. Most raids require 50 mph plus
If they want to sell a ton in California it has to be limited at 30 MPH.
