Ingredients
500g Kailan
1 whole slice salted fish (Ikan tinggiri masin) cut in cubes
6 cloves garlic
3 red birds eye chilli (chilli padi)
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar

Do you soak the salted fish before frying?
Hi Jason Tan, thank you for the comment 😀 No, I give it a wash and dry it before frying 😀 I find that soaking this tenggiri fish would make it too soft, and it loses its saltiness as well. Hope it helps 😀
