I think Dongmyeong is more active and outgoing while Xion / Dongju is a lil quit and timid. Dongmyeong is the loving one towards his younger bro and Xion expresses it with a Sass. Dongmyeong has high pitched sound, Dongju has deep voice, Dongmyeong has a more elongated face and Dongju is having a shorted and a little fuppy face.

Actually it's kind of sad to see how much Dongmyeong loves his twin and loves to be affectionate with him but Xion pushes him away most of the time cuz he's embarrassed by his brother's displays of affection. But I guess that's just like how most siblings are too. But liked the big bouquet of flowers Xion got his twin for his debut!
