    There is something terrifying about endless abyss in all directions. At least with the ghost leviathan there was a semblance of life

      Fr, makes you wonder what is out there that is driving the ghost leviathans away

    It would really suck if you were trying to do this challenge and then you get out to make some repairs on your Cyclops and then you get teleported back but your Cyclops doesn't

      Something similar to that almost happened while recording this video, I accidentally SAVED at around 4000 meters down, so if I would have died or had my cyclops destroyed then I would have been in BIG trouble. . .

    I actually did something similar to this a while back you see with my Cyclops I wanted to see how far out you could go into the map by simply going straight by being patient and totally not setting my Cyclops on fire 276,000 times I found out that you can go about 10,000 m before being teleported back to the safe shallows

      Wow, I’ll have to try that at some point!

      You can go exactly 8192 meters on every axis, which is 1 and thirteen 0's in binary. After that point game forces teleportation to 0,0,0 on XYZ grid. I guess that's a failsafe mechanism preventing binary integer (storing player's position) from overflowing to 14th bit, otherwise the game would crash.
      This applies to both horizontal axes (east/west, north/south) as well as vertical one, meaning you couldn't go anywhere/build anything higher than 8192 meters ASL.

    There was so much moments where I was on edge. Glad to see you made it and are an inspiring person to small creators like me.

    What is the deepest possible point in subnautica?

    • @Breathtaker5000
      @Breathtaker5000  2 года назад +6

      At a depth of 8,192 meters, you will be teleported back up to the surface, so that is generally considered to be the deepest point in the game

    Whoa I didn't know that the cyclops didn't take pressure damage when you aren't in it

    • @Breathtaker5000
      @Breathtaker5000  2 года назад +1

      I also recently discovered that leviathans won't attack the cyclops when you are not inside of it either, which can be useful if you are trying to make repairs

      Really ?!

    • @Breathtaker5000
      @Breathtaker5000  2 года назад +1

      @@robobrobo2414 Yup, so if you are ever under attack and your cyclops health is getting low, it can sometimes be smarter to leave with your prawn/seamoth, regroup, and then come back and make repairs. : )
