Stonehill just reminded me, it would be cool if after all the FCS stadiums you dabble into D-2 and D-3 football. There are a lot of small yet charming stadiums across the nation
any ncaa fan who knows their shit should have been able to pronounced it imo. Then again I'm 44 and have been a cfb,cbb fan since I was bout 7 so I guess it just came naturally for me lol.
Merrimack, Stonehill, and LIU are all relatively new to D1 football. LIU used to have separate athletics programs for its Brooklyn and CW Post campuses. LIU Brooklyn competed in D1 sports but didn't have football. CW Post had D2 football. The school merged the athletic programs into a single D1 program, the LIU sharks, in 2019.
DEFINITELY touch on CFB D2 stadiums.. There are some of the BEST stadiums in the country with the most unique architecture throughout the country. LOVE it when you make videos about CFB!!!
Thanks for finally covering this conference. Hameline Field at Wagner looks 1,000 times better than when I went there in the 90's. Also, thankfully Bryant has left the conference. Good Riddance 🙂
Honest look forward to every video. Going to sound random but the tune you have playing throughout my favourite one you select for your videos. Matches them perfectly.
Amazing video as usual! Also, I have good news! Earlier this month you made a video on Mexico City's stadiums and you mentioned PLaza de Toros: All bullfighting events have been suspended, as a federal judge has forbidden Bull Fighting in the city!
I’ve been wondering, if you didn’t know there’s a lot of conference realignment drama happening in college sports right now. So maybe it would be interesting to look at the stadiums of every school looking to join a new conference in the next five or so years? Most of the stadiums would have been ones you covered in the past, but I think a couple of them would be new. Great video as always!
As a Duquesne alumni, there is a path we call A-walk (Academic walk) that is right next to the field. So after you're done with classes you'll often see the football team kut there practicing or even a soccer game going on. One interesting part is the student section is on the away teams side and you are literally only a foot or 2 away from the entire team
I played in the WIAC conference for football, would love for you to check it out eventually! It’s a college American football conference in the Midwest! Keep it up my man
Mercyhurst, which is based in Erie PA and just moved from D2 to D1, was just added to this conference. In addition, Sacred Heart and Merrimack are not on here anymore. They both moved their primary conference from NEC to MAAC, and therefore, are now FCS Independents for football.
Same here! I’d like to see what he would think about Lamar University’s stadium. Ours is next to a refinery. Kinda weird and honestly I never understood why someone thought it was a good idea to build a university next to a refinery, or vice versa. Either way, sometimes I still smell chemicals from the plant while I’m on campus.
@@clairethewave I completely understand about the refineries in that area, as I am from Port Arthur, but other than that Lamar has a really nice stadium...I wish Sam Houston gets something nice like that when we transition to FBS.
I live 15 minutes away from Central Connecticut and it’s an okay place to watch a game. The famous Iwo Jima statue with the marines proping an American flag is located down the street from that stadium
Merrimack is 15 minutes from me. It's a hockey school for sure since it had D1 hockey before all the other sports. Still cool to see D1 football now in the little stadium.
You should do D2 after you finish FCS. There are really some nice stadiums that are even better than some of the FCS. MIAA conference might have the best group of well rounded great stadiums
Wanna see a D-1 program with a stadium much like the ones shown here? University of Hawaii went from 50,000 seat Aloha Stadium to 9000 seat Ching Field. It is a temporary fix as Aloha Stadium is rusted out and deemed unsafe, but in Hawaii, "temporary" can mean 5 or more years.
@@TonysMusic1974: Oh, I understand the reference. For everyone on here - He is mainly focused on the NEC Men's Championship Game last season, where Bryant defeated Wagner to earn their first ever Men's Tournament bid. But, the game was marred thanks to Wagner fans losing their minds and starting a fight with the Bryant student section. All of the Wagner fans were told to leave the arena and Bryant would celebrate the win after those tense moments.
@@Seadragon77 my good friend Dustin here has a case of selective memory and neglects to mention the Nasty and verbally abusive bryant students who harassed wagner players from the moment they got off their bus as well as their childish "star" player who was run out of two other colleges because he is obnoxious and childish before bryant took him in. No NBA team would put him on their summer league roster, but Wagner's best player is currently on one 🤷🏻♂️
Oh, right, right... I did forget to mention that the best player on Bryant was basically acting a fool the whole time as Bryant put the hammer down on Wagner in that game.
@The Wide World of Stadiums... Can we get you to do a best of Texas high school football stadiums video? Your mind will be blown at how large and expensive some of these are. $50+ million dollars for several. Check it out. Thx!
Basketball also ranks higher in the Northeast, but the NEC plays in small gyms and holds its post-season tournament in those gyms rather than a neutral arena.

virtually all of the nec teams were d2 not too long ago.
Francis Field hosted the 1904 Olympics
UCO (University of Central Oklahoma) is absolutely beautiful and features a waterfall in the endzone!!
Bazemore Hyder...home of Valdosta State 🔥🔥
Another good area of exploration is NAIA. I went to a college that has a football team, but is not part of NCAA at any level.
Pittsburgher here. You nailed the Duquesne Dukes pronunciation, unlike a lot of out-of-towners
He nailed it perfectly

With a terrible color scheme
I love all the work that’s you put into these, mad respect
Da Field Goal...
You never disappoint
Arute Field is named for Jack Arute Sr., whose son Jack Arute Jr. is a former motorsports and football reporter for ABC Sports.
Also the Arute family owns Stafford Motor Speedway... Nice racetrack for auto racing...
Very interesting to see that some conferences have big stadiums like 90 to 100k, while some have less than 6k. Keep up the good work!
sad thing is some have big stadiums but can't fill them due to lack of interest, or being priced out for the average working family.

Another day another awesome video mate
I like the fact that you're reviewing all the conferences Stadiums, KEWL!
I love FCS ball. As a graduate of Gardner-Webb University, the atmosphere is amazing.

just went to La Crosse wi a few weeks ago, seen their stadium it was pretty nice, and a few days later was in Mankato mn and saw theirs as well.

Nice video!
Small stadiums always seem to have the best views
I love these Vids! Hope to see the WAC (Western Athletic Conference) soon. I think it is the only Division 1 FCS Football conference missing.

When are we gonna get a video with all the PSAC football stadiums?
As a CCSU Alum I was Glad to see this video. Also Bryant is leaving the NEC for a different confrence.
Merrimack is 15 minutes from me. It's a hockey school for sure since it had D1 hockey before all the other sports. Still cool to see D1 football now in the little stadium.
good lord ! My old High School football stadium is bigger than most of these stadiums. D.W. Daniel High. Central S.C.

thanks for all the recent vids man... how about best stadium in every african country ?
Could u possibly do all stadiums in the Lowland Football League( Scotlands 5th tier league system)
Thumbs up!
Can you do Canadian college football stadiums

Could you do cricket grounds
Do you have D3 staduim like ODAC conference and more

you gonna have to redo all of the college football series now the wave of realignment hit again with the recent USC & UCLA move to B1G
Still need the MEAC
Do the meac conference!!
Time to do DIII college footballl stadiums
you pronounced it right for duquesne.
Yeeeees. I've been only to Merrimack College
At 4:21 you can see where half of the Wu Tang Clan grew up
Bryant is not in the NEC anymore !
Can you do LSC? D2 NCAA
Not bad... just to let you know, Bryant actually left the NEC as of today to join America East (Big South for football).
Yup. As a Wagner alum, I was not sad at all to see them go!

"Rio Grande" LMAO

The Stadiums of Dallas-Fort Worth video is coming up soon. That includes heaps of high school stadiums.
Rio Grande… in New York?
That’s The Narrows
WAC Conference!
My local non-league football team has a stadium twice the capacity of the largest stadium in this video.
I guess you'll have to update the B1G video as USC/UCLA are joining...yes, you read that correctly.
I was shock when UCLA and UCLA was leaving pac 12 conf and go to the big 10 conf
I don't care how much money the DeGol family gives, I still call it the Pine Bowl.
Go Red Flash!
Of course everyone knows that this is not the Rio Grande, silly. That's the Mississippi.
That would've been my second guess.
Btw for CCSU's stadium it's Uh-roo-tay, AND there are two cemeteries over there next to each other not just the one!
Cemetery is not pronounced like symmetry…….😂
The reason why many stadiums in the Northeast are so small is because American Football is not popular here.
Basketball also ranks higher in the Northeast, but the NEC plays in small gyms and holds its post-season tournament in those gyms rather than a neutral arena.
The NEC is probably the lowest level FCS league , just a notch above Division 2 !
IM FIRST PIN ME
