I don't know why YT didn't let me see your comment, but I just saw this now. I personally want Zero to come out on the Switch or Nintendo's next console with better controls.
It would be in a lot of people's top 5 if Nintendo gave it the same care as they do for Zelda and Mario. I want to get into the series. But like you said Nintendo needs to release it consistently.
Really wish Nintendo would make another F-Zero, or at least re-release GX. It especially hurts because they've said there hasn't been another one because they "have no ideas," and then on the WiiU they released Fast Racing: Neo, an F-Zero clone.
Great video! I would love to see another Princess Peach game from Nintendo! I am proud to say that I am a male who bought and loved the Princess Peach DS game!
Finally giving Starfox the love it needs. I know what you were alluding to in terms of the fan-made (REDACTED), at least Nintendo didn't get their grubby hands on it lol. Edit: I love that Nintendogs skit lol
Star Fox Adventures wasn't initially supposed to be a Star Fox game. It was a completely new and original action adventure game made by Rare that just happened to have a fox as the playable character. Then Nintendo took interest and said, "Hey, we have a fox character that's already well-known and popular. You should make it a Star Fox game." And so they did It explains why the game spends its entire playtime building up General Scales as the big baddie, only to let him get sidelined hard by Andross
The weirdest part is that they really didn't need to include Andross. None of the other Star Fox sequels included him. His inclusion was so out of the nowhere that it really ruined the ending.
Oh yea I was highly aware about that history. The one time where Nintendo intervening kind of screwed over another company's hard work. Only for them to get bought out by Microsoft a couple of years later...
Honorable Mentions: -F-Zero -Earthbound -Punch Out! -Donkey Kong (as a protagonist in his own games and not as a weird ape that pops up in Mario sports games or Mario Party as a heavyweight or power character) Seriously, though. I'm kinda surprised that she didn't mention F-Zero, Earthbound, or those other Nintendo series. As far as Super Princess Peach, there's a new game starring our beloved lead lady, and it's called Princess Peach Showtime. It was announced after this video was released, to be fair.
Deadass was thinking about Niintendogs the other day. Saw a Husky and instantly thought of my Nintendog husk, Rush. Its that little guy. Honestly wish that series was back now. Great skit by the way. Now I w want to pet some dogs. Also I always want to play that Peach game, but could never find a copy. Personally I'd like to see Custom Robos come back. There were 2 games, one on Gamecube and the other on the DS. Talk about a good time!
You should check your Nintendog in storage is okay. Don't want to be a product for VASPCA 😂😂😂. Lot of ppl are giving me other games that I missed out on. Might as well make part 2 and include Custom Robo lol
Bro, I know which series you were going to mention with Star Fox. And your right. Nintendo would take it down. But it's been years and he finally released the second episode.
That's the reason why I didn't mention it. If you know, you know lol. Plus it's a one-man animation project, so I don't mind if it takes a bit to create.
Oh yea I completely forgot about Fossil Fighters! I had an initial list of games before writing my script and that game flew over my head 😅 Also thanks, for the feedback. Completely new to the setup so hopefully I become comfortable down the line.
I recently found your channel and have been enjoying watching your videos. I was hoping they would release a remaster or another title in the chibi robo games. Oh well maybe on the next nintendo console.
Super Princess Peach was one of my favorite DS games as a kid as well! I can understand the controversy too, but it never quite bothered me personally either. I also remember being super into the mini storyline with the umbrella character lol. I wish they would bring the game back somehow :(
Peach has been one of my favorite characters since Mario Kart 64. She is my main in any game that she is a selectable character. I saw the movie on Monday and thought the same thing you did pretty much. It would have been dope if they dropped a game this summer to go along with the Movie run, maybe they still will. She was a strong character in the movie so hopefully it will continue to make some noise and Nintendo will be forced to make another standalone game based on Peach.
Yea I really hope so too. Nintendo sees all the love Peach is getting, so one would think they should capitalize on that lol. Maybe they should use the moves she has in Smash Bros to avoid another PR nightmare lol.
Hey Mandy! To be completely honest, I've never played any of these Ips. I mostly play rpgs and some puzzle games. The franchise that i would most like to see a return is Golden Sun, i loved the first 2 in the series and 3rd one on DS is definitely the black sheep of the series.
I want a new one as well! I would love to try out the games too. But Nintendo wants to do something innovative with every sequel, so it's heartbreaking that they can't do anything with it.
There a lot of franchises I wish can make a comeback. So many games I played in my childhood I wish can get a port or remake. *cough cough Evolution Worlds *cough lol
Nintendo's insistence on only making a sequel to a game series when they come up with an innovative concept to make it unique is cool in theory, but they really didn't do that with Star Fox (like you said, they basically just kept remaking Star Fox 64). I don't know if introducing a bunch of crazy gameplay mechanics would have changed things, but it's telling that Star Fox has faltered and it DOESN'T really innovate.
I get Nintendo wants to innovate for their main titles, but it's a detriment to a degree. It delays franchises from seeing the day of light. It is the reason why Metroid Dread took a while to come out.
Trying to innovate is exactly what hurt Star Fox Zero the most. The controls were just awful. Nintendo is REALLY hit or miss with their innovations. People always remember all the times they were successful with their new gimmicks, but they've had just as many, if not more, that were not successful.
@@darrenmacqueen9884 the problem we are Starfox is that it’s based on arcade shooters which has always been short. How do you evolve the series if the games are short?? The good news is arcade shooters are still a thing in Indie games.
I wish they'd at least bring Star Fox Zero to the switch but fix the awful controls. They've done it with other motion control games, I think they'd be able to do it with Zero. I'd love to play that game again with regular controls. As for Star Fox Adventures, I really liked it at the time. But it shouldn't have been a Star Fox game. I'd love a Dinosaur Planet remake, but make Krystal the main protagonist and remove all the Star Fox elements. I had Chibi Robo on Gamecube, but I sadly never finished it. I'd love a new Chibi Robo like the first one so I could give the franchise a chance again. Or even just a port or remake of the first. I never played Nintendogs, never interested me, but it honestly seems like the kind of game that'd do better as a mobile game. I had Super Princess Peach on the DS. Yea I wish the same for Star Fox Zero as well, but I don't think its happening on the Switch. Maybe on the next Nintendo console since we might be seeing it soon. Let's just hope we get something. I had Kid Icarus on a preliminary list, but didn't include because I was afraid the video would be too long. Though with all the positive feedback I am getting for this video, maybe I should make a part two lol

I Will always be grateful to Star Fox 64 for being my first video Game. Love this series to death.
That seems to be the case with a lot of people in my community. StarFox 64 was the first video game they played.
I'm feeling the editing. It's nice vibe. Gotta check out the audio on something other than my phone, but on hear it sounds nice and clear.
Thank you. It took a bit to find my style but I like it for what it is.

Nintendo does shoot itself in the foot sometimes for thinking too hard about innovating a game. When reality the game is already good, to begin with.
That game wasn’t made by Nintendo.
