You did a great job, and i think it was worth it because you learned a lot about what was too much for you and what didn't work. Might i suggest you pair it down and use 1 page for 2 days as well as decreasing workout goal. Start with 1 day per week, and you will be surprise that you can find two days, lol. I’ve shied away from goal planners altogether. A notebook is a lot friendlier (for me anyway). I’ve actually found that a whiteboard with the goals on it works very well. I see them all the time and it’s enough of a reminder for me.
