Mam agar partnership me 50 se less ho to members tb ky hoga????

Partnership main agar 50 se kam members hai to limited liability protection ka exception apply ho sakta hai. Iska matlab hai ki partners ko personal liability ho sakti hai company ke liabilities ke liye. Yeh exception usually apply hota hai agar partnership firm ke members ki sankhya 20 se kam hai.

Padhane par kam bakvas pelne mei zyada emphasis hai.. poor teaching. We’re not some 10th grade kids trying to enjoy while learning this is a professional course try teaching professionally and speak only what is required.. alot of time gets wasted skipping the useless imaginative stories. Very poor
