I came here just for curiosity, I'm not going to be using PET bottles, but I left with the idea for hybrid carbonation consuming oxygen thanks. How much sugar are you talking?
For a 355ml bottles I do 3/4 to a full teaspoon so for a 2L it’s basically 7x that. That’s for full carbonation, if your doing it just for this oxygen thing I’d cut that to a quarter.
Portability. However like myself, getting back into homebrew. I have a 20lb CO2 cylinder that I already use to fill soda stream bottles for. If I have it hooked up to a kegerator, then I have to unhook it every time I need to fill a sodastream bottle for my sodastream machine. If I am running everything off of sodastream bottles, just need to swap out bottles, and still just use the 20lb tank to refill. One guy I talked to can carb and serve 2 corny kegs on one sodastream bottle.
Dude, you should provide links to the products.
Just ordered some kits, I’m stoked! Your video content is top notch!
Most informative when your sight gets bigger you're gonna need more help at your store. You have my orders. And the kits I'm using work well.
Thank you for this video. It was very educational for me
Do you have the link where to buy the portable regulator with the ball lock
I was thinking, you could probably treat the pop tap kit like a micro pressure fermentor and that would be awesome for 2L batches.
Can u please give us the amazon link of the kit?
You end up finding this?
@@tufaznail yea, in Amazon
What do I search for on Amazon to find all of these pieces needed? I've found the canisters but need the rest to carbonate. TIA...

Why the sodastream canister vs a normal c02 canister?

You mean the red and yellow has nothing to do with the Calgary Flames? 🙂
No need to squeeze the bottle. It is actually wrong to expell the CO2 blanket.
its sodastream not popstream...XD
