Not sure why there are problems with foaming. Here’s the reason for foaming. Warm beer, warm beer in lines. I just got a keg. New kegerator. My tower had 3ft of line coming out of tower. My first pour, a lot of foam. I put styrofoam wrap around the tower. Next pour and every pour thereafter was perfect. Tilt glass at 2/3rd full, straighten glass and pour down the middle for a 1/2 inch tight foam head. Perfect. Every bar known to man has no problem with foam. Keep temps low and insulate anywhere heat is warming the line. In the wall, ceiling , wherever. I guess people need to make content and manufacture products. Btw it’s weed whacker cord.

Evabarrier 4mm tubing. 6 feet. Done. Zero foam.

I wish Kegland in Australia would put a kit together in 1 box I have to watch what you have and order individual parts.

Can one do this into a beer or glass bottle? Im trying to make a butter beer case for my gf for Xmas this year (Harry Potter themed with her own Ravenclaw OC logo)

Just a quick safety hint: Keep your soda stream bottles upright while in use. Otherwise, you may end up with liquid CO2 escaping through the regulator, and the PRV on the beverage container is probably not fast enough to release the pressure building up from the sudden expansion. Depending what you pressurize and how much gas volume there is, that may end in a rather violent explosion (has happened to a guy in a chat group I'm in with one of those PET kegs, caused a bunch of stitches in the ER).

I use 30psi it works a treat.

That's not how you suppose to use a ball lock fitting by just pushing it on like that , you have to pull it back to disengage the balls then let go once you pushed it on

Thanks for the video. Just got my 1st keg (used 20L) and getting supplies to have summer beer on tap. I am going the sodastream route, but I already have the 20lb CO2 tank with dip tube as I have refilled the sodastream bottles in the past. I paid about $1.20/lb of CO2 at the local place here in Waterloo, ON.

Sodasteam is a great idea, but their machine is ridiculously limited. Screw that. I just want to be able to recarbonate flat drinks, carbonate koolaid and other drinks. If your going to a paintball shop for those refills won't you be getting the non-food Co2 refills instead of what you really want are the food base Co2 to do your drinks with.
