A up lee you have done really well i was in hospital in May with Sepsis at one point they gave me 2 hours to Live but I was in a coma for 5 days.then 5 more days in hospital me and the wife watched you explaining your feelings. I love the "ALARM!!!!" warning on the dash (and that the other red lights come on all the time, and ya just continue to give it a handful). Great too see this progress. Thanks for sharing all of this.
Bikes at times can cause so many problems. But after the problems, they take away the problems and issues and keep you going forward an forward an forward .Bikes get hold for life. Good too see things going well Lee.

Hi! I was at Cadwell Park on Saturday too, albeit in a different group.. I saw you in the clubhouse at sign on and wanted to say hello but figured we’re all just there to have fun and don’t wanna be bothered so I refrained. Was cool to share the track with you, I’m gonna keep at it and maybe see you there again and be in the same group!

Nice to see the progress in the space of a few days mate. Really helpful for Lee to get an idea of your position on the bike and the shapes your getting yourself into no doubt... 👍
rearly enjoying your videos it was a big shame when you had your accident theres always something to try and knock us down but like you we get up. like most bike riders over time we have an accident but it’s how we get back up and back riding again it takes time but it’s what we love. it’s great to see you back on your bike buddy take care ride safe and good luck.

Nice one Lee. No Jitsu tonight so I was gonna veg on the settee but you've just inspired me to do a flex and mobility sesh at home. Cheers brother, keep on keeping on 🫡✌️❤️🔥🙏
Let's see Neil's bike that you got him. Tell that story and get the big man talkin about his riding. Neil is awesome, get him playing his trombone too! Record a new wee theme tune for the start of the videos? A brass version of the usual one.
Awesome video Lee, as per usual. You are recovering very very well indeed. Testament to all the hard work you are putting in and yes having a good physio is key. I still cannot believe the rapid recovery that you have made after a horrendous crash! I like your message in this vlog and the fact you took your physio along with you. So so interesting and a very important part of your recovery. Smart boy :) I first started working in the bsb paddock properly back in 2015 with a young rider by the name of Liam Delves. Even then having a trainer or physio or similar was frowned upon by some and still is. However I believe by improving your overall fitness and mobility this will help with your performance on a motorcycle. Anything that can prolong and improve your quality of life and longevity on a motorcycle gets my vote :) And we know there are certain things that can be done to help feel a whole leap better on a motorcycle. A comfy rider is a fast rider. Keep up the the good work and i look forward to seeing more videos. ps i hope to be in the bsb paddock in 2024 so see you around :)
At my age (60) a proper pre-track stretch is essential if I want to be able to get down stairs the next day. Currently recovering from a big off at Pembrey on Saturday. I walked away but the bike is going to need some intensive physio! ☹
love how the 360 keeps a horizontal position when the bike is flip flopping about. it would be cool if you did a voice over when you do a lap.I think it would get more people into it.
Was going to do a voice over for this video, but didn’t know if it would ruin the video for you guys 😂 Thank you for your feedback, I know for the next onboard!
Neil just couldn’t let Lee loose on his own with the bike ,it’s his baby girl ,wile Lee treats her well ,I herd the rev limiter once on the video lap,I know it made Neil shiver haha ,looking good Lee ,getting there pal ,I’ve had a ripped hamstring and stretched ligament in my shoulder from not warming up before workout, load on cold muscles are like starting engines with no oil, once your back training fully, and riding regularly, you’ll be sweet ,it’s a thin line between doing to much to soon , you got this tho m8 😎
