There should be an option to control the BPM, having only 3 default settings for randomized BPM variations just isn't enough for me to want to pay for their rates. Paying $3 CASD per minute is an iffy gamble for me.

As far as I know, these are copyright free. But you might need to attribute this tool in the description. I suggest testing it with an unlisted video to see what happens.

Upon looking through their website, it seems you can directly use the generated music without any attribution. If you somehow get a copyright claim, they have a *copyright claim submission* option to submit it so they can help from their side.
